Requirements

Responsibilities
End-to-End Online Fulfilment: Manage inbound, storage, inventory accuracy, online order picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
D2C Fulfilment: Build and optimize direct-to-customer order processes with high SLA adherence.
Quick Commerce Operations: Set up and manage fast-turnaround order processing systems to meet express delivery commitments.
Drop Shipment Models: Coordinate directly with brands/vendors for drop-ship fulfilment while ensuring SLA compliance.
People Management: Lead and mentor online warehouse teams; drive productivity, training, and performance.
Tech & Process Enablement: Implement and scale WMS, OMS, and automation tools for efficiency in online fulfilment.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and safety protocols.

Job Description
As Manager – Gifting (B2B), you will be responsible for building and growing Broadway’s B2B gifting business. The role requires driving corporate partnerships, managing client accounts, curating customized hampers and gifting solutions, and ensuring seamless execution for bulk orders. You will play a key role in positioning Broadway as a partner of choice for corporate gifting, festive hampers, and institutional gifting needs.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in B2B Gifting, Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or Institutional Business Development.
Strong network across corporates, startups, and event/HR agencies.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale gifting projects.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and large order fulfillment simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in companies like The Gift Studio, Ferns N Petals (B2B), BigSmall, Myntra Corporate Gifting, Chumbak, or similar platforms is a plus.

Manage end-to-end execution – from proposal, pricing, and order confirmation to delivery and after-sales support.
Category & Vendor Collaboration
Work with the Gifting Category Lead and Merchandising teams to source and curate products suited for corporate needs.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and exclusivity with vendors for bulk orders.
Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and error-free order fulfillment, especially during festive peaks.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
Drive B2B sales targets, revenue, and profitability.
